Plain-language notice

Privacy at Kīhei Tech Co.

Last updated August 15, 2026. This notice explains what happens when you send a project request through kiheitech.com. It is not a promise of complete security and does not replace rights you may have under applicable law.

What the request form collects

The form asks for your name, business name, email or phone number, the type of project, and the message you choose to send. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, medical information, or other sensitive information.

How the information is used

The information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand the requested work, prevent spam, and keep a basic record of the conversation. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or authorize paid work.

Delivery and service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Inquiry notifications are delivered through Resend to Chase Hammett. These providers process limited technical and message data needed to operate the site and deliver the inquiry.

Advertising measurement

If advertising measurement is enabled, Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to connect an ad click with actions such as submitting the form or clicking the phone number. Kīhei Tech Co will use that information to evaluate campaign performance, not to sell personal information. Google explains its advertising technologies and controls in its own privacy materials.

Your choices

You can call or text instead of using the form. You can also ask for your inquiry information to be corrected or deleted, subject to records that must be retained for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

Contact

Questions or requests can be sent by phone or text to (808) 303-4177.
