Phone first
Plumbing, landscaping, auto, detailing, cleaning, and repair sites lead with the number, hours, services, proof, and a simple request.
Maui web design · Built in Kīhei
I build fast, focused websites for Maui trades, shops, and solo service businesses and independent professionals. A focused lead-generating website begins at $1,000, or $750 with our 25% Kamaʻāina discount for locals. If the job needs more pages, a visual portfolio, booking, payments, ongoing search work, or custom systems, you see that price before work starts.
The site is designed around the real handoff: a call, a request, a payment, or an appointment. It is not a generic template with your logo dropped in.
Plumbing, landscaping, auto, detailing, cleaning, and repair sites lead with the number, hours, services, proof, and a simple request.
If customers keep asking the same question or playing phone tag, the page makes the right action obvious before they call.
Your approach, credentials, real proof, and preferred contact method do the work without a dashboard you have to maintain.
I start with the specific thing your customer cannot do or cannot understand on the current site.
Before
After
The focused website stays dependable because its boundaries are clear. Additional pages, custom content, payments, confirmed scheduling, ongoing SEO, and larger applications are separate scopes, not surprise add-ons.
One tailored mobile-first page using approved content, clear proof and contact paths, a lead request delivered by email, domain and launch setup, analytics, search foundations, and one consolidated revision round.
Extra pages, custom copy or photography, lead forms and database work, booking, payments, integrations, and business apps receive a separate quote before they are built.
No. Written fixed-price quotes are tax-inclusive customer totals. Stripe may itemize applicable Hawaiʻi GET inside that amount, but it does not add tax above the quote.
The build includes sound technical basics: useful page titles, metadata, crawlable HTML, sitemap setup, and the Google Business Profile website link when you authorize it. Ongoing ranking work is a separate campaign and never guaranteed.
No. The focused site has no owner dashboard or plugin chores. Optional care starts at $75/month for a monthly contact-path check, domain and deployment oversight, and one small text, hours, or service-list update. New pages, features, and unused updates do not roll into that care scope. Domain registration, renewal, and third-party fees remain separate.
That becomes a separate payments or confirmed-booking project because money and real availability require additional server-side work.
Start with the actual gap
Send the business name and the current problem. I’ll tell you plainly whether a website is the right fix.
Chase replies personally. The first step is a quick fit check, not a sales-team handoff. Nothing paid starts without a written scope and deposit.
